The Multiple Sclerosis Awareness in Nigeria (MSAIN) is a Non-Profit that seeks to inform and empower people with Multiple Sclerosis to live the life of their choice, to their fullest potential. We aim to provide support for the families and care givers of people with living with MS, co-operating with the medical, scientific, social and care giving professionals to promote scientific research into the causes of, cure for and management of Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and the alleviation of its medical and social symptoms.
We have the objective of exchanging and disseminating information relating to Multiple Sclerosis, and its factors with a focal point of developing an efficient and caring support group to serve the needs of people with MS, and also to advocate on their behalf.
To enable and empower people affected by Multiple Sclerosis to live positive, effective and productive lives to their fullest potential.
MSAIN aims to be the lead provider of reliable information to assist in minimizing the impact of multiple sclerosis and other auto immune neurological conditions in Nigeria.
Our vision is to educate the Nation of the existence of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and to provide a safe haven where all living with MS in Nigeria can get affordable treatment free of bias and discrimination. To ensure no one battles MS on their own.

Saturday, February 19, MSAIN (Multiple Sclerosis Awareness in Nigeria) invited a few MS patients to a two-hour “Meet & Greet,” which was the NGOs first public event since it's establishment.
"Multiple sclerosis and Mental Health in Nigeria". In this series, we will be focusing on the effect MS has had on those affected, their family members and their mental health and in addition the impact from the medical field
Highlights of the first MSAIN meet and greet held in Abuja. This was held at the meeting conference rooms at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja. The event was a divided into two parts, the first part featured brief introduction and history by the MS patients present, followed by a discussion on the way forward for the NGO.
